As a ListMessenger.net customer, there are several ways to contact the Service Desk and request support:
- You can send an e-mail to our Service Desk, using the e-mail address you received when you opened your account.
- You can submit the support form below. The information you enter will be forwarded to our Service Desk.
- You can order extra mail credits.
We do our best to respond to your support request in the shortest possible time. We do not offer phone support, because we want to keep the price of our service as low as possible. But if resolving your issue would work best over the phone, we will call you.
